When will my order be dispatched ?

Each custom products order is completely customised for you and shipped from our HQ in the North of the UK. Custom orders are created and dispatched within 4 working days,during normal times. If we are experiencing on delays in dispatch times we advise during ordering. See our delivery times you can expect to receive your order once it's been placed.

When will my order arrive ?

All our orders are dispatched though Hermes services. Please allow 2+ days for delivery. All tracking information is provided.

Where is my order?

If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date, we're here to help. Before getting in contact with us, have you tried: - Signing into My Account to check we have the correct delivery address for your order and your contact details are up to date. - Checking if you have an attempted delivery card from the postal service. Your parcel may be awaiting collection at a local Post Office/delivery depot, or you may need to arrange redelivery. - Checking with your neighbours to see if they've accepted the parcel on your behalf. - Looking in any safe areas the driver may have left your parcel. We cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen parcels. Once your parcel leaves our hands, it is the responsibility of the carrier to deliver your parcel. By purchasing you adhere to these conditions.

What if I want to customise your design further or make a large order?

Contact us and let us know what your are thinking.... we love a challenge and we will totally look at custom orders and larger orders.

Can I amend my order once completed?

If for any reason your order is incorrect or you wish to change something please notify us within 24 hours of placing the order. We cannot guarantee it can be changed due to orders being print almost immediately but we will try and accommodate were we can.

How do I pay? 

We accept all major credit/debit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Switch/Maestro and Solo. We also PayPal. 

How do I use my Promotional Code?

Discount and promotional codes can be entered in the shopping basket by entering your code into the discount/promo box and updating your cart to apply the discount.

How can I get my pets get featured on your Instagram or Facebook?

We love to feature pets on our social media. Here are some tips on how you could get featured: Take an awesome photo of your pets with one of our products and upload the photo to your Instagram making sure you... tag @cudlipets in the photo, use #cudlipets, direct message us or reply to our stories with you pawsome pictures.

Can I return my order ?

Custom items cannot be returned. If you believe that your custom product is defective, please contact us. Please note that the color of your final product may slightly vary from the color on your screen. Slight color variations are not considered defects. Broken in transit items will be replaced not refunded.As all items are personalised and printed on demand we do not offer any refunds however if you have any queries or problems then do give us a call/email and we shall try our best to help you out! We also do not accept responsibility for any spelling errors, incorrect names or poor quality photo prints.

Colour and Product Disclaimer

All of our products at Cudli are individually hand printed, they are one of a kind creations and not mass factory manufactured.As a result products will have subtle variations from one piece to the next, caused by variations in the ceramics and materials as well as the hand individual printing. The images, descriptions and measurements you will find on our site have been used to best portray the products we sell. We must advise that although we try our upmost to remain completely honest, the information due to the nature of our products can not be 100% accurate.
